If you have completed a CPO® class with CPOClass.com but did not meet the program’s passing requirements, you may retest as long as it is within 90 days of your original test date.
Retest students will schedule their exam with a third-party proctor, based on the proctor’s availability. Complete scheduling instructions will be sent to you via email within 2 business days after purchasing your retest.
