Then court is in session for the One-Star Tribunal. On the docket: a contractor blamed for a Category 5 hurricane, a complaint aimed at the wrong pool company, a review campaign over $139.99, a store faulted for closing at its posted time, and a technician who reportedly serviced the wrong pool. The verdicts are ridiculous; the standard is simple: everybody brings receipts, including the pool company.
